At Hatchlings, we are firm believers in doing our part to help our wider community, and instilling these values in our Tamariki.
This year we decided to help raise funds for the Child Cancer foundation by having a Wig Wednesday, and also by selling plaster handprints and footprints of our Tamariki.
We dressed in fun wigs and went down to the local library and shopping centre to raise funds. With the help of our whanau, friends and the wider community, we successfully raised over $700 for the Child Cancer foundation!
What a successful first fundraiser! It will definitely be the first of many.
